Residents are welcome to file complaints at the Township office Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The Secretary cannot take formal complaints made over the phone; complaints must be written on the proper form by the person making the complaint. While anonymous oral complaints can be given to the Secretary, they are harder to investigate than a written formal complaint. A written complaint will be kept as confidential as possible. The complainant should also be aware that the Office Staff, or Code Enforcement Officer may need to contact them for more information.
